Happy to be of service, gushing hospitality, willing servitude, hunger mixes with desire … Nosh is a surreal 40 minute work that explores the mundane and sometimes dramatic world of performing service. With live sound composed of atmospheric recordings of cutlery, fans, and scraping chairs, the three performers move through different states of laughter and absurdity exposing moments where the professional and private collide.
